Deals 1 hit of 1500% flame damage to enemies directly ahead, reduces enemies' defense by 10% for 20 seconds, and inflicts scorchrend - dealing 31.1% flame damage every 2.9 seconds for 21 seconds - with 110% chance. This defense reduction will not stack. If the user's flame shikigami is level two, this skill will deal 1 hit of 2500% flame damage instead, and also dispel one buff from each target.

If this skill is used as a Shared Skill, deals 1 hit of 2500% flame damage to enemies directly ahead, reduces enemies' defense by 10% for 20 seconds, inflicts scorchrend - dealing 31.1% flame damage every 2.9 seconds for 21 seconds - with 110% chance, and dispels one buff from each target. This defense reduction will not stack.

Added to General. A mega combo package of defense down, scorchrend, dispel, and nuke.

Niche -> Removed. There are more suitable choices for hard CC nowadays; Annelie's chance is too low for endgame use, and facility events are comparatively very easy.

Using Majestic Tide II adds an additional stack of Born Ruler, further powering up the user's force strikes and causing them to deal extra damage and bonus damage to frostbitten foes, while also enhancing Majestic Tide II into Majestic Tide III, which deals 1 hit of 1680% water damage instead. All stacks of Born Ruler will be consumed upon using Majestic Tide III, or a force strike with any stacks of Born Ruler. Born Ruler will not activate when using this skill as a shared skill.

Priority Affliction -> General Nuke. Summer Julietta's skill is a strong nuke that can inflict Bog, and has a somewhat cheap SP and Share Point cost to use. The new placement indicates its suitability as a nuke, and the bog is the icing on the cake.

This skill activates "Skill Shift" if the attack connects. Phase II increases the strength of the user and nearby allies by 10% for 10 seconds, while Phase III increases their critical rate by 8% for 10 seconds.

If this skill is used as a Shared Skill or Helper Skill, this skill inflicts freeze for 3-6 seconds with 140% chance, but does not activate the Frigid Gift effect.

Added to General Affliction. A somewhat less reliable Freeze (but only when compared with Lily - still higher than most others), but with significantly better frame data and proximity buffs.

Readded to Time Attack Nuke. Eugene's shared skill makes a case for itself in Time Attack and speed-clearing setups due to its extremely short frame data and high burst compared to most other nuke skills.

Due to the nature of the damage formula in Dragalia Lost, 1/(1-0.15) = 1.17 damage increase, and two Sha would be 1/0.7 = 1.43x damage. This makes Sha one of the best shareable buff skills in the game.

Note: All defense down zones have a hard cap of 30% defense down, regardless of the source. For example: Sha Wujing SS on Wedding Elisanne using her S2 will hit the 30% defense cap, and another Wedding Elisanne or another character using Sha Wujing SS will do nothing while the original two defense down zones are active.

With her spiral, Summer Cleo has one of the best buff+SP battery skills in the game. Her S2 becomes a pocket personal S1-refresh for everyone who equips the skill, making it a key skill in speedruns and fast skill-spam setups. The skill also provides a plethora of buffs that, while brief, can have a large impact on damage dealt in a fight (such as full team buffs on during break state).

Units like Karina and Xander love this skill to feed their buff amplified damage calculations, which this skill alone providing 4 buffs before spiral, and after unlocking the spiral, additional defense and crit rate buffs.

This skill is useful regardless of spiral status; the skill at 50 MC is still very good and can be used.

The do-it-all welfare skill, and comes unlocked as soon as you acquire Ranzal. Ranzal's S1 has an excellent 2891.2% mod at level 4, along with poison and dispel. It is one of the better dispel options available in the game, and an excellent damaging skill and can be considered a top-tier pick for nuke as well.

Its only drawback is probably its abysmal range for Lance and ranged adventurers, which require the user to get really close to the target for the skill to hit.

Note that this skill is slightly weaker and does not poison or dispel before 56 MC, but is still usable as a nuke with a 2312% mod, and is slightly cheaper in SP costs than the level 4 version.

Note: As Ranzal is a story unit, only the node containing the skill itself needs to be unlocked to obtain the level 3 version as a shared skill.

For best results, Mikoto's shared skill needs to be at level 3 (67 mana circle nodes) - this extends the attack rate up buff's duration from a measly 10 seconds to a good 15 seconds - sufficient to enable self-overlapping on buffers, among other perks, as well as slightly reducing its SP costs.

Summer Luca's shared skill provides a shorter duration buff, but also grants a self Strength buff and two Energy stacks, which may make it more useful for DPS-oriented purposes. It does have a higher SP cost to use, though.
